STURBRIDGE WOODS SWIM CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS
The
following Rules and Regulations have been established by the Club for the
safety of its members and guests and the protection of its property. Since each
member has a vested interest in the safe and healthful operation of the club's
facilities, it is essential that these Rules and Regulations be observed.
Parents
are requested to caution their children to observe these Rules and Regulations
and to obey the instructions of the Pool Manager, lifeguards, and other pool
personnel. Failure to comply may be considered sufficient cause for the Board
of Trustees to take action, including the suspension of pool privileges. A
record will be maintained of all rule infractions, and the Pool Manager has
been delegated full authority and responsibility to see that the following
Rules and Regulations are enforced without exception.
Any
disputes, need for modification, or special considerations regarding these
rules should be brought to the attention of the Board of Trustees for
resolution. Complaints regarding pool operations or other concerns should be
presented, in writing, to the Pool Manager or any member of the Pool Board.
